RACE HOTEL FOR 2007 PHILLY PHLYER

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Date 2007/02/09

RACE HOTEL FOR 2007 PHILLY PHLYER

Folks,

We're pleased to announce the race hotel for this year's Philly Phlyer:

Best Western Center City
501 N 22nd St
Philadelphia, PA 19130-3507
(215) 568-8300

This is the same hotel as last year and is less than ten minutes from the courses. We have reserved 25 rooms for the nights of March 9 and 10. Our special rate is $99 per room per night for four people. Use group number #4084 when making a reservation to get this rate. Each room includes free parking and high speed Internet. This deal will end on February 26, so please plan early and secure your rooms!

We are also working on host housing but do not yet know how much will be available. Cortland University Cycling is coordinating the ECCC's host housing program for 2007, which all ACCC riders are invited to make use of for the Philly Phlyer. Contact them through cortlandcyclingclub@yahoo.com to have yourself put on the list. All space will be available on a first come/first served basis with a slight preference toward small teams.

Again, the group rate for the race hotel will end February 26th and host housing is not guaranteed, so please plan early and reserve your rooms as soon as possible!

We're also pleased to announce that everyone will be able to sleep late on Saturday, or travel that morning. Detailed schedules will be posted in a few days, but the general schedule is:

Saturday, March 10:
10am--5pm: The Schuylkill Challenge Circuit Race (collegiate & USCF)
Sunday, March 11:
8am--10am: The Trophy Bikes Team Time Trial (collegiate & USCF)
10am--4:30pm: The Philly Phlyer Criteriums (collegiate)

Updates and more information are available on the Philly Phlyer website:
