Volunteer at the Phlyer!

In order to put on such awesome TTT and circuit courses, we need a lot of course marshals. They do help direct racers, watch for traffic & other problems, and make sure spectators are safe. If you'd like to volunteer for the 2007 Phlyer, email jdevlin@mail.med.upenn.edu to be put on the list. You can volunteer for as little or as much of the day as you want. It's entirely possible to volunteer and race, just let us know what categories you're racing. Closer to the race weekend we will post schedules and assignments for volunteers. Please let us know by March 3rd if you'll be available to volunteer so we can put that list together and distribute it well before the race. Our marshals had a great time last year watching the races and basking in the sun---it was 70 degrees out!---so don't miss out this year!

Volunteers' Meeting

There will be a meeting Friday, March 9th, at 7pm of all of the volunteers to go over schedules, assignments, and tasks. We understand if our out-of-town volunteers can't make it, but please attend if at all possible. The meeting will be held:
